On all of our projects, we have a very thorough reporting system that we provide which is included in our rates charged. These reports cover all of the “surface and underground” plans and reports:
Surface

We generate all new surface plans with relation to DMR requirements such as “Surface Mining right plans” which indicate all of the current surface structure on the WGS 84 LO Survey system. We also generate new Surface plans indicating the “underground” mining Boundary pillars. All of these plans are surveyed in by GPS and Gyro Bearing checked. Open cast mines are scanned and all management reports are generated from this scanning on daily, weekly or monthly bases. Quantities generated from production blasting can be monitored as required by management on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We also carry out check surveys of the workings continuously throughout the project to maintain the required accuracies of work done.
Underground

Our reporting system is used on the surface as well as on the underground projects, underground being on a more intensive reporting method covering all of the production related mining as found currently on the mines today.
